Honest question: Why pay for Instantly when you can just build a quick script in half a day?

I’m looking into cold outreach setups right now and trying to understand why everyone pays monthly subscriptions for tools like Instantly.

Why not just buy 3 or 4 domains, set up 20–30 inboxes, and write a simple Python/CLI script with AI to send the emails with random time delays?

Am I oversimplifying this, or is there a massive catch I’m missing?

Is the real value just the warmup pool and deliverability management, or are people mostly paying for the convenience of not having to touch a terminal?

Would love to hear from anyone who has actually tried building their own setup vs. paying for a platform. Am I walking into a deliverability trap?

How does it work ?

I am a web dev, mobile app developer.

Recently created a scraper out of just ideas.

Scrapers requires websites before scraper.

Once the website is provided.

It will scraper design, load time and all important stuff and write emails to them what all required to change

Before emailing, I did get a doubt...

How many of them actually work?

How many of them already ready in the market ?

Afternoon 2 days of building I am thinking backward.

Just need suggestions does this work ?

Thanks

Lets talk on problem solving, dont reveal ideas !

I did build a lot of stuff in recent times

Website, trading bots, whatsapp bits and android apps.

Few are prototype, few in production.

Would like to understand what would thr underperforming areas where we can solve a lot problems.

I am more into problem solving later into SAAS.

I would like to understand what people are actually building to solve ?

Thanks

I built app, need testers

Hey, I'm an engineer and a co. Founder, we built our own app, which is mostly dealing with the finance part

I need fewer testers, however, they should be complaint with that. They will not take out the idea.

We also build applications or websites for few small or large-scale businesses. However, we have signed contract, so we will not release the any other information.

As this is our own application, we're thinking in a direction where somebody else takes the idea. So could someone help me?Where is the genuine testers available?

I did send it to my friends.Families, currently it's going on other than that. I would need a public review.

Android app.

Thanks

Rohit

Claude brain and deepseek agents

Question

Hello everyone,

I am new to multi agent system.

I want to use claude pro as brain and use open router to deepseekv4Pro for heavy lifting.

I am working on my own product, which helps youtuber to gain more views.

But that requires a long code and huge maintaince. Hence I had this thought

Is there anv wav, I can connect claude to instruct. inspect and audit the heavy lifting work ? (Just like orchestrater to deepseekv4pro agents

If so is it through only terminal that I have do it ?

Doesn't auditing takes the same amount of tokens as buillding ?

I want to be cost efficient and reduce iterations of code.

I am aware that deepseekv4 pro is slower but accurate in building, hence I want to hands-off both the items and let them build continouslv without me.
