Any way around this their customer support is closed, i only did 18 assignments this is my last credit and i want to finish now.

I recently built a pc for my brother, after installed we loaded up bios and i turned on docp, after that i saved and let it reboot but then we ran into a vga issue, shortly after fixing that it loaded up and i got to the windows install page, after going through i got a “this pc must support secure boot” message. I then booted off the pc to try and re enter bios but then the pc would not display but turns on and the orange ram light came on. I have tried

Reseating ram
Trying each alot with one of each ram stick (2x8)
Clearing cmos
Removing motherboard battery
Reseating gpu and securing power cords
Testing different ram
Flashing bios

None of which have seemed to so anything

Pc specs:
1660 gtx
Ryzen 5 5500
Asus rog b550 f wifi II motherboard
Corsair water cooler
T force ram (2x8)

Replaced it 5 times and it leaks everytime
