the rent is 950 dollars(negotiable)

utilities is 48 dollars every month

electricity is 30-60 dollars every two months. since you’re coming in the summer months it will be on the lower side.

wifi is 17 dollars

the room comes with a full size mattress, a desk , a big wardrobe with full size mirror, and a half bath.

i’ll also leave behind some utensils. unfortunately we don’t have a microwave but i don’t mind leaving behind my air fryer!
