Akala ko hindi ako mabburnout.

Part naman talaga ng job ko yung management, pre-sales, POC, delivery, at kung anu-ano pang kailangang saluhin along the way. And honestly, I don’t mind doing the work. I actually enjoy some parts of it.

Pero lately, napapansin ko na lang na may signs na pala ako ng burnout.

Yung feeling na kahit technically “part naman ng role mo,” parang ang dami-dami mong hawak at responsibilities, pero minsan mapapaisip ka kung properly compensated ka ba for all of it.

Tapos bigla mong maaalala…

Mas malaki nakukuha ko nung CL8 ako. HAHAHA.

I know compensation isn’t everything, and I’m grateful naman for the growth and opportunities. Pero sometimes, you can’t help but wonder if the additional responsibilities, stress, and mental load are actually reflected sa compensation.

Management sounds nice on paper—leadership, decision-making, strategy, etc. Pero hindi laging napag-uusapan yung part na ikaw yung taga-absorb ng pressure from both sides.

Maybe this is just one of those phases.
Or baka sign na talaga na kailangan ko nang mag-step back, mag-set ng boundaries, or at least have that conversation about compensation.

Sa mga nasa hauling/trucking business dito, paano kayo nakakaraos ngayon? Ang hirap ng market lately — taas ng diesel, maintenance, tolls, tapos minsan matumal pa ang byahe.

Paano kayo nakakahanap ng steady clients or leads ng byahe?

May platforms/groups/agents ba kayo na ginagamit? Direct clients ba mostly or paano? 😭😭

Curious lang din paano niyo mina-manage yung operations para kahit papano kumita pa rin. Any tips sa pag-survive sa industry ngayon would really help.
