Bonnie doesn’t want to become a vampire because it basically goes against everything she believes in despite the fact she’s no longer a witch and her mom is a vampire as well as literally all her friends but also because her life is tied to Elena’s and Kai specifically said “no loop holes and no witchy woo”
However she does want to be with Enzo forever just her forever “60-70 years” what I can’t help but think about for Enzo is that 60-70 years is like a blip especially if you consider he was held captive in Augustine for 50+ years what I’m wondering is when Bonnie asks him to take the cure is she really not considering he’s been held captive for decades and he’s not truly gotten to live as a vampire yet?
Also side note I would have liked to see more background on Enzo’s life after Lilly went missing back in 1903 his figuring out how to be a vampire because he wasn’t captured by the Augustine’s until 1953 after the Second World War I think it was a missed opportunity for character development
This means he was only a free man for again roughly 50 years so yes he’s been a vampire for a long time but more then half of his existence was in captivity
What are your opinions? Do you think it’s selfish for Bonnie to ask Enzo to take the cure? Or do you think it’s completely justifiable?

Who do you think was the better brother??
I recently watched the originals then immediately after I watched legacies well it definitely didn’t live up to the originals I still definitely enjoyed the show and I think it had some really phenomenal moments and characters however after watching these two shows I decided to rewatch vampire diaries and I always find myself thinking “wow really” about some of the choices made during seasons 7 and more specifically 8 but I’ve come up with an opinion and I need to share it seasons 7&8 i would say closely resemble legacies in it’s more reaching for plot points/crazy stories and characters so my opinion is if you enjoyed seasons 7&8 of vampire diaries I think you’d like legacies and you do agree? Do you find the final two seasons of vampire diaries closely resemble the writing Choses made in legacies?😊
