A NPD is still net skoking me

A professional diagnosed him, so I’m certain he has NPD. He put me through the textbook cycle of idealization, devaluation/discarding, and love-bombing. A year ago, he suddenly apologized, which really creeped me out.

I told him then that I block him and to stay away, but recently he tracked me down on Facebook and sent a friend request.

Honestly, I just want to send him a furious DM to get it out of my system. What do you think?

Sorry if my English is poor. I'm not native.

A 36-year-old Japanese woman who will be moving in soon

Hi there. I’m planning to attend an graduate school in London starting in September. I have no idea how to find a boyfriend in London. The term is 15 months, and I would like to stay on and work after it ends.

My question is How do women around the age of 36 go about finding a partner in London? I anticipate that the reality will be harsh. What is the situation usually like for Japanese and East Asian people in the UK dating scene?

I want to find a partner as soon as possible, so I plan to actively look once I arrive. For now, I’ve downloaded Bumble and OkCupid—apps I could set up while still in Japan. Since I’m 36, I know I won’t experience what I did at 26, where almost every swipe resulted in a match.

Also, I encountered people interested in things like non-monogamy or BDSM—relationships not aimed at serious commitment—and found myself wondering if this was really the right path for me.

I’m not very confident in my English yet, I'm trying to speak much better.

UAL accommodation vs private flatshare for postgraduate students?

Hi! I’m an international mature postgraduate student in my 30s starting at UAL this September.

I’m trying to decide between living in a private flatshare in Stratford and UAL accommodation(Town Hall).
My biggest concern is making friends. If I live in a private flat instead of student accommodation, will I miss out socially?

Also, as a UAL student, can I regularly use the LCF East Bank library and Mac room even if I’m based at another college?

I’d really appreciate hearing from current or former UAL students. Thank you!

Which UK design MA would be best for a future career in fashion art direction?

Hello.

I've worked at an advertising agency throughout my twenties, but I'd like to work in art direction and graphic design for a luxury fashion brand. I also want to move abroad, which is why I've decided to study overseas. Which would be best for getting a job as a designer in London or Europe for a fashion or luxury brand?

I've been accepted to the following courses of UAL:

・CSM MA Graphic Communication Design (2 years)

・LCC MA Design for Art Direction (15months)

・LCC MA Graphic Branding and Identity (1 year)

・LCC MA Design for Visual Communication (1 year)

I applied yesterday, waiting for the result now :

・RCA MA Visual Communication (1 years)

I also plan to take short courses in fashion art direction, styling, and fashion photography at UAL during my studies to strengthen my portfolio in the direction I aspire to.

Incidentally, I wasn't particularly good at photography, so I didn't submitted my application to CSM's Fashion Image or LCF's Fashion Photography, but I might in this month.

I would appreciate opinions from graduates, current students, and those working in the industry.

Thank you.

https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B0CQ4H2VC4/?coliid=I27ISDXLKV1O90&colid=2FFB9NZQ6RFX5&psc=1&ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_lstpd_GB06DSGFMB361XDT0R31
