Guys I have been in a problem to know which is better

**Day Trading or Swing Trading?

I am Really Confused between these two

I am a crypto trader on XAUUSD MAINLY

Its been 6 months

Last month I was profitable

Then, I went to trade in Bitcoin with a leverage of 100x leverage

And from there, my entire PNL started to look Red

Every time it hits my SL

I keep going for that 100x leverage just to recover that lost money

But I dig the hole even more deeper

I was trading in XAUUSD with full discipline and consistently with no Revenge Trading and with only 5x leverage

Now it has become like gambling in BTCUSD

So, should I continue or stop trading
