Street parking too?!
That’s insane they have this posted all down regular streets where public parking is fine. These RENTA-parking enforced are in full effect! Don’t even think about it!

Went to Ayat today after they’ve been opening for a minute now. If you haven’t been it’s a Palestinian restaurant from NYC that opened up out here.
For the options we have available out here in Dallas I am pleased with the flavor, and freshness Ayat has to offer.
The babaganoush - Smokey well seasoned. Sumac added a nice tanginess to it. Portion size was solid as well!
Zahir - Cauliflower dish in the picture. It was so delicate and cooked till tender! Throw on the pomegranate molasses and tahini on top made this a light treat!
Salata - cucumber, tomatoe salad with mint was just what i needed on a hot day like today! You can add either shwarma, chicken kebab, or tenderloin kebab to it for an upcharge.
Salmon Kebab - portion of rice was insane, potatoes remind me of lemon potatoes but with their spice mix and salad. Salmon had a great crust and spice rub on it was just right.
I felt like we barley scratched the surface but the consistency is there from when I first visited to now. I could’ve shared my food with another individual making it enough for 3. If you’re in the mood for some Mediterranean, Levant cuisine worth checking out. Also the pita is house made in their wood oven and unlimited! It’s a bit more expensive than the usual less flavorful spot but better quality and well seasoned. Worth it.
I’m working on a project about civic pride.
Every city has its own identity. People take pride in their neighborhoods, landmarks, streets, bus and train lines, local businesses, sports teams, and the little things that make a place feel like home.
What I’m curious about is this:
What does Dallas mean to you?
Imagine you moved away from Dallas forever. If you got a tattoo, wore a symbol, or used a phrase that only someone from Dallas would instantly recognize, what would it be?
It could be:
* A neighborhood.
* A skyline or landmark.
* A highway, street, or train line.
* A local restaurant or business.
* A sports reference.
* A saying or inside joke.
* Anything that makes you think, “That’s Dallas.”
There are no wrong answers. I’m interested in learning what people feel truly represents Dallas—not what tourists think of, but what locals identify with.
Just a heads up to the community someone by the name of Annika513 is reaching out for information about grey market, and I imagine other Reta information. Before responding to media requests, think about the potential downstream effects.
Many of us are here because we can’t access or afford brand-name GLP-1s. Increased media attention can lead to greater scrutiny, which may ultimately reduce access for the very people these communities help. Additionally feds cracking down, increased pricing. We’ve already seen increased pressure on the compounding market.
I’m not telling anyone what to do—everyone can make their own decision. I just won’t be participating, and I encourage everyone to weigh the possible consequences before sharing their stories.
I swear my HR drops are horrendous. This is my 2nd VEX in 20 years lol. I TP’ed to town resurrected my merc when I came back I was like “OHHHH SH*t” smh…
So here it is! Been on CPAP since Jan made a post earlier, got an SD, and saw my report! I did get a cervical collar which helped from my neck tucking in way better than a chinstrap did for me, also more comfortable ironically.
I noticed at times my mouth would begin blowing air out. I’m on day 4 of using the cervical collar. There are some nights that I still blow some air out of my mouth but I’m wondering if it’s how I’m positioned.
Has anyone experienced this. I started to wonder if my air pressure is too high?
CPAP Fam here it is...

So I’ve been on CPAP since Feb. RESMED11 AirfitP10 mask. Went from normally having 2.5 events an hour to averaging .6 - .8 an hour now. I imagine there is progress.
I sleep on my side, earplugs and sleeping eye mask.
I noticed at times my mouth would begin blowing air out. Got a chin strap. Now what happens is mouth won’t open but instead I imagine air builds up and it shifts my lip resulting in a hiss lmao.. which wakes me up.
Has anyone experienced this. I started to wonder if my air pressure is too high?
Ramping up with air pressure lvl 5
Pressure range 6.6-20 (I messed it with once and didn’t couldn’t sleep so I put it back to what it was)
I need to do the SD card thing. Figured I start here first.
