He is supposed to be a man obsessed with artifacts and just the crafts and arts of things in general. He builds things by hand and uses artifacts to enhanced his tech and creations. He comes from a long line of treasure hunters who built their wealth and fame from tomb/cave raiding and finding valuable artifacts and gold and selling them to the highest bidder. He is the one who builds weapons for villains or resupplies them , all behind the scenes. His ultimate goal is to find the philosophers stone.

(He is also the on-and-off love interest of Wildecard 😅)

Designed to counter characters like Nightwing or Red Hood as he is a "muscle-bound Joker" but with a natural sad and melancholic musical approach to murder.

His mask is a sentient cursed artifact that gives him the power to mime things to existence or mimic fighting styles/powers for a limited time or for how much mental and psychological pain one can indure as it drives you insane. It renders the user silent but if you do make any noise due to pain or external things , the powers stop and your punished with severe brain pain.

The mask also changes expressions to communicate or and to store copied powers/fighting styles and cycles them at random like a casino slot machine where you have to "gamble" what you're going to get if you want to change abilities. Wildecard has to literally be on alert in case the mask decides to mess with him.

(COMMISSIONED) His mask is a cursed sentient artifact that grants the user the ability to Mime things into existence and mimic other's fighting style or powers. It is limited as it takes a toll on your mind and psychological health so Wildecard only uses it of needed or when told. He can only usually Mime 1 thing at a time and the mask forces the wearer to be silent when is on, thus it changes expressions and each expression can hold a copied power/fighting style that it forces on Wildecard.

I felt really inspired by the last time I posted Wildecard on here so I got more commissioned art.

I wanted to ask the community for some advice on his power/abilities. He is just a normal human, while the mask is the only thing that has power and gives him abilities, which can only be used on a limited time due to the psychological health of the wearer.

SHOULD HIS POWERS BE

1. The mask has different expressions that give him a specific power/ability/enhancement.

2. The mask grants the user the ability to "mime" anything and "mimic" "copy" other's fighting style and powers it can see ,and be a "Wild card" of things(like the post for reference) . Since the mask is Sentient and has a life of its own it ,it still changes expressions to convey Wildecard's emotions or the emotion associated with that power and gambles the powers and fighting styles for Wildecard to use.

Born and raised Cajun from Louisiana, Jespierre Wilder Dell'Areaux ,going by Pierre Reaux as a stage name,was a famous religious gospel singer who dreamed of making it big in a big city. His deep depression and loneliness from his childhood kept him from reaching his potential and his desperation to find friends and fit in became dangerous. He was only ever happy when singing.

He found a mask in an old antique gift shop during mardi gras in New Orleans while he was running away from his abusive father. The mask had a local rumor that it was "cursed" or "demonic". The locals called it " Murder Gras Mask" but it's actually The Mask of Mime Pierrot. The mask lets it's wearing mime anything into existence, but it's more powerful ability is it lets you mimic the fighting style,body movements and powers of anyone but renders them mute so the mask changes expressions which also stores powers or fighting style to each expression. The biggest drawback is that wearing the mask makes you insane and murderous but in a zany way thus leaving its wearers mentally traumatized.

The mask also stores the psyche and memories of it's previous victims/wearers , who influence the current user. The Joker being the previous wearer before Pierre, indirectly influences Pierre into a psycho clown. The mask didn’t work on Joker because he's already beyond insane and it actually ended up breaking, but the mask can't really permanently break or burned as it repairs itself.

Pierre, in his loneliness only finds companionship in the mask and by extension The Joker who's voice he hears through the mask until the actual Joker finds him and convinces him to embrace the chaos and fun that has been missing in Pierre's life and manipulates him by calling him "son", naming him " Wildecard " not out of respect but out of usefulness and advantage he could provide to The Joker as a tool, which Pierre accepts.
