Okay, as tank i main Emma, Strange and now dino, But i want to add a 4° tank to my list, i thinking Mag, Peni or Cap

I have almost lord Mag but even he is strong i find him kinda boring and Repetitive to play, so any suggestions?

I leveling up thor, and i using storm surge build, my question is... 50% more damage on primary or ability? I really dont know what is, i know in the Awake mode is 50% on primary, the surge im not really sure
