PSA for anyone considering renting rooms from a girl in Knights Landing

I’m posting this because our former roommate is currently advertising our rooms in Knights Landing on Facebook, and I wanted to give anyone considering moving in a heads-up based on our experience living with her. And please let people know if you know people also looking for rooms!
There are no hard feelings, and I’m not posting this to start drama or tell anyone what decision to make. I just wish we had known some of these things before moving in, so I figured it was worth sharing!
A few things to be aware of:
• Cleanliness: The biggest issue was the shared kitchen. Her dishes could sometimes be left sitting for a week or two, and the kitchen would get pretty dirty. We ended up having to clean shared areas ourselves fairly often.
• AC/temperature: She is very particular about the AC and prefers keeping the apartment considerably warmer than the rest of us. The AC became a frequent point of conflict, and disagreements about the temperature could turn into much bigger issues than they needed to be. If you’re someone who likes keeping your home cool, I would definitely discuss this before moving in.
• Rent: There have been issues in the past with rent not being paid on time. If you’re considering renting from/living with her, I would make sure you know exactly what your financial responsibility is, what the total rent is, and how everyone’s share is being handled. Get everything in writing rather than relying on verbal agreements.
• Communication: Communication about household issues could be difficult. Things that should have been relatively simple conversations sometimes became much bigger discussions, and getting things resolved could take a while.
I’m not saying she’s a terrible person or that nobody should ever live with her I’m sharing this because she’s currently looking for someone to move into the rooms, and I think prospective roommates deserve to know what our experience was like before committing
No hard feelings—just sharing our experience so someone else can make an informed decision.

AITA for thinking my sister’s roommate is the one causing the problems?

I (21F) have been living with my sister and her roommate for about six months. Before I moved in, my sister warned me they’d had issues before, but I wanted to form my own opinion on her.
Our apartment has an old AC system that doesn’t cool properly. The thermostat reading isn’t the actual apartment temperature, so we have to set it lower than normal for it to be comfortable. My sister has seizures that can be triggered by overheating, and I get heat-triggered migraines. The roommate knew this before I moved in and agreed that while my sister was asleep for work, she wouldn’t change the thermostat.
After a while, she started raising it anyway. My sister would wake up sweating and unable to sleep before her night shifts. We tried to compromise by offering blankets, a space heater, heated blankets, warm clothes, and anything else that might help. She refused every option but continued raising the temperature even after we asked her nicely to stop.
Eventually my sister confronted her after getting very little sleep over two days. During the argument, my sister tried to end the conversation and go back to her room, but the roommate followed her, shoved the bedroom door open, and got in her face. I stepped between them and physically blocked the roommate from getting any closer until she backed off.
This also isn’t our only issue with her. We’ve had to cover her share of the rent twice even though she has a full-time remote job. She leaves cooked food and dirty dishes out for days or even weeks, which has attracted roaches, and one of my sister’s cats got sick after eating food she left on the counter.
My sister pays the largest share of the rent, yet it feels like we’re constantly accommodating her while she refuses to compromise with us.
AITA for thinking my sister and I aren’t the ones being unreasonable?
