In my personal opinion, this is rather controversial, but i think it should be Ibrahim Pasha, because you know in history we can see he was spoiled by suleiman a lot and also he was never married to Hatice, in the show we get to see him being pardoned several times by Suleiman because of Hatice, other than that he seems to be losing track of his own ambitions and simply spiralling into a crybaby.
