I’ve dry scooped pre workout before, I knew the risks but I didn’t care as I was curious, it was not worth it. While working out my heart just kept beating at such a fast pace it literally felt like it was gonna burst out of my chest. I had to take a lot of long breaks between my sets because it felt like I was suffocating. Then when I tried running on the treadmill my heart felt like it was either gonna explode or stop, I believe I stopped running like 5 minutes in and called it a day 😭

Even if S5 has its flaws I’m still enjoying this season, and still love The Boys. I hope to see these actors in more stuff as I have grown quite attached to them🖕
