Rules of capital ( review UC )
What happens if when you get your benefits together UC, LCWRA etc your overall money goes over 6k but then obviously after bills etc it goes below.. will this be classed as capital savings? Or would they disregard it ?

Glad i have reached this milestone and to be honest i never thought I would.. honestly I probably still would have been vaping if it wasn't for health conditions showing from vaping itself.
I'm experiencing breathlessness more than I have ever done so even with vaping 🤷♂️🤷♂️ cravings are flaring a little too. Maybe I'm in a much longer recovery time than first though.. also I have had heart checks just incase and my heart apparently is okay. Will have more tests in future ( check lungs etc )
I should also mention also since I have quit vaping I have had lots of sets of bloods done and all are normal im happy to say.. doctors say my health is improving.. i just wish I felt like I was improving 😅😅 keep going all and have a week ahead.
Turkish teams are after him .. would you have him at Everton? 30 years old 2 years left on his contract at Everton but I honestly reckon he would be a really good signing for Everton imagine Grealish, KDH and Skilman playing behind him.. I don't reckon he would cost that much also.
I feel this one doesn't get spoken about a lot but how do you calm your nervous system these days as a non vaper? It's been 8 and half months nicotine free for me and I am so happy and proud that I have quit don't get me wrong but man my nervous system...
I literally feel like im stuck in fight or flight mode every day.. i have left eye twitches everyday I have been told that's not something I should worry about but still.. As much as my heart rate has gone down and BP is pretty normal most days also it can go high when anxious then start panicking for no apparent reason? Which then my brain tells my body somethings wrong and yeah ..
Is anyone else dealing with this?
I am struggling of late though.. but its due to my health anxiety and health conditions at the moment. Strangely part of me thinks I'll relax if I just go back but I know that definitely won't be the case. Vaping messed my nervous system badly and im still healing. Although it's 8 months im a lot better than I was a while ago.
If you are struggling.. push through you can do this 👌👌
Hello all
Just wondering if anyone has flew with Oman Air recently? Will be flying London Heath Row to Manilla Philippines early next year. Wanted to fly with Thai Airways again because they were great last time but there prices are crazy.
Thanks
Hello all
Might be nothing but realised iv had this ache left side of my neck for such a long time and wondering could that be to do with Pulsatile Tinnitus? Would it also come up in a scan? Im just waiting for an appointment for the scan to come as a letter though my door she said it could take about a month.
Suppose now im left sat here wondering whether something serious is going on with me.. heard a lot of it being around blood pressure but haven't had issues with that though. Its not really that loud since i dont use any nicotine or drink any coffee anymore but its definitely still noticeable when it randomly pops up. Looking for past experiences with this please because I dont know a lot about it and have only had this PT since around October thanks all in advance.
I have wrote them a message to basically say I want to withdraw.. as it has not helped me whatsoever the phone calls are pointless and they just don't offer nothing in terms of finding a new job. I have wrote many journal messages but they never reply to me they just set telephone appointments and completely ignore what write in the journal.
If I don't answer the call will that be just that? Cheers
It aint that long but its an achievement in my eyes as I smoked since I was 15 and vaped after quitting the smoking for many years.. never had it out of my mouth... Just a little post to say if I can do it then you DEFINITELY can.. suffer for 2/3 months with withdrawals and just dig in.. they don't know the long term effects of vaping properly yet but in my eyes I can tell you it affects so much of your body.. for me personally it made me weak, loose a ton of weight ( not in a good way i looked ugly as heck ) also ruined my gut for a long time ( IBS Symptons ) took me so long to get back to some kind of normal again and this put my life on hold. . Oh and the resting heart rate this was a big one for me that ultimately got me to say enough is enough .. 141 my resting heart rate was on the daily because of excessive vaping.
All the best to those trying and just honestly dig in and remember you don't NEED a vape you WANT a vape and im here anytime on here on private inbox for people who want to talk about it.
Wrote a post previously of when I caught the flu and my PT disappeared.. gutted to say now im recovering from flu i can hear it coming back slightly now :(
Got an ENT appointment next month and im really hoping something comes from that and they won't just fob me off ( im from UK btw ) if ENT can't do nothing what are my options with the NHS?
Thanks all
