double major

i feel like i need clarification on how being a double major to transfer works?
am i supposed to make two separate applications to occ w two separate majors or do the requirements for each major (while officially only having one) and eventually submit a grad petition for both majors??

(i prob should just call the counseling department but i just had a bad experience with them and am trying to avoid interacting lol)
if you’re working towards two degrees, how did u go about this? ty!!!

i cant eat without binging

ive been at this (ana bp type at first then full on bulimia) for around 5 years and now i have basically developed a binge eating disorder from bulimia.

it wasnt always like this but now i cant even remember how i was able to eat normally.

im not sure anyone has anyone else who is in/has been in a similar situation has any advice on how to eat semi normally (like not even stopping b/p sessions outright, just how can i consume a piece of food without turning it into a binge) i would really appreciate it.

how many of you are former bulimics

i just never hear about others so i was curious if anyone else like me is out there.

i always hear about anorexics-turned-bulimics but never the other way around. ive also read that statistically, its quite uncommon for bulimics to develop anorexia without falling back into b/p.

my eating disorder history began when i was bulimic in my early teens, now im 20 and have been anorexic (not the purging subtype) for over 3 years.

looking back, i was so addicted to my daily (probably 2-4x a day) massive binging and purging episodes that its almost « impressive » that i was able to « make the switch » i guess. but with such intense self-loathing you can really push yourself to do anything!!

got scared looking at myself after binging

this is kinda tmi and i will be so embarrassed if nobody else has experienced this lol. but basically i looked in the mirror and scared myself so bad.

i swear it looked like my back grew in size, like i swear my ribs and back were protruding outwards in a way ive never seen.

i couldnt stand up right.

ive of course binged like crazy many many many times before but this scared tf out of me, maybe ive never payed attention to that in the past.

i was procrastinating purging but seeing myself made me snap back into reality… i was scared my stomach was going to burst or something. more and more recently ive been paranoid about all the ways that i can die from this, especially since my b/p cycles have gotten much much worse and the years ive been doing this pile on. (but of course, i still cant stop lmao)

the longest ive fasted in the past was 5 days. im excited!
