Muscle up bar diameter?

Found a scaffold type pull-up bar setup but it feels like the pull-up bar diameter is too big. Currently 1 1/4 inch 43mm.

What is the standard muscle up / pull up bar diameter for most calisthenic exercises?

Thinking a 1 inch or 34mm outside diameter pipe might be best?

Hinges needed

Looking for a UK supplier or company who ships internationally for this type of hinge that came with Ikea integrated washing machine 'Tvattad'

Have tried in-store for part number but no luck.

Need 2 x hinges so can install a matching door adjacent to washing machine (using blue plastic template and drill bit that came with washing machine).

Cheers...

Splashback advice

Ok, at a pivotal moment with working out what to do on the kitchen wall after a long (for me) DIY renovation.

Plain light coloured wall?

Metro gloss tiles?

Stainless steel effect?

(AI used to help illustrate.. but has mucked up the plinth ... )

DIY kitchen install

Bloody heck. DIY Kitchen install.

The most stressful DIY activity I've undertaken and that includes a chimney expose.

Yep, fulfilling and saves some dosh but man... Full respect to tradies with their skills and expertise. Doing what I can but deferring with licensed work.

When finished, i will post some before and after.

Shout out to anyone recovering from DIY this weekend....

... some kitchen wall paper removal but with 4+ layers and decades of history, it's a backbreaking task even with the steamer. Taking longer then expected...

Thinking of drywalling over (then plaster) rather than spending another 2+ days..

Anyone been in this situation? Pitfalls?
