So I am prepping for an exam while also managing my corporate job. So the entire day I am just sitting at my desk, and I keep feeling hungary. I constantly need something to munch on and it has ti be tasty. So I end up eating chips/ deep fried foods-fries etc.
I feel like J am hungry throughout the day. I have put on so much weight. Non of my clothes are fitting me. I feel even worse at the end of the day because I am unable to study properly with my fat gain looming over me. I eat something bad- then feel guilty- then repeat. Idk what to do and how to manage things?
