how do I protest?

Lately I've been really disappointed in myself because I have realised that I should be protesting. I'm in a position where I can speak about what I believe is right and wrong and yet I don't. I look at classmates in my university and they all have badges about Palestine, gay rights, human rights, abortions etc. Or I hear how they went to protests etc. I admire them so much and I want to be more like them, talk more about the injustices of our world.

I absolutely hate crowds, so going to an actual protest is a big no for me unfortunately, but how can I put my own voice out in the world as someone who's shy and, for some reason I don't understand and hate, afraid.

I guess what I'm saying is, how do I push myself to be more vocal and what are some ways that I can protest in a subtle, I guess, manner?

Can I be butch if I dress femininely sometimes?

So, I'm a lesbian and for many years I used to have gender dysphoria. But when I realised that I was a lesbian and not straight, the dysphoria slowly went away (due to other reasons too). However, I often still feel a sense of dysphoria, not in the way of "I want to be a man," but more so that I simply want to be a butch.

For years I have wanted to call myself that, because it just feels like so warm, I guess. Like, the best identity for me. However, I don't know if I have the "right" to call myself that because in the last year or so, I have started to also dress in a VERY feminine manner. So appearance wise, I can be both highly masculine and really feminine.

Another reason I don't know if I can call myself butch is because I'm not that masculine in character, in the sense that, yes I LOVE to provide, be there for my partner in a masculine sense (that sounds a bit heteronormative/cotroversial but idk how else to explain it sorry) but I'm really shy and maybe feminine? I'm not really sure myself, but people have called me as feminine in regards to my character.

I know that I shouldn't worry so much about labels, and that it is kind of stupid to worry about them so much, but I genuinely want to be a butch so bad, have wanted for so many years because it just feels SO right. But at the same time, can I really call myself that, when I dress really feminine sometimes and when I'm not really that "manly" in character? (I don't agree with the word manly, I just don't really know how else to phrase it I'm sorry.)

I know this is long, I'm really sorry, but if anyone has any advise or thoughts on this I would really appreciate them
