Hey I have an offer with a starting date of September 14th I filed my stem opt in April 4th and I’m still waiting. I don’t know if I should PP or wait on it , please advise

I am in the first day of my STEM OPT 180 extension; Tell Employer or wait for new EAD
Hey I filed my STEM OPT on time but it is delaying should I just wait it out for my new EAD or is there a process I need to fill to tell my employer ?
