Hello I signed an offer with stem opt pending , initially I told them i have work authorization till 2028, but truth is I am pending my stem OPT I did premium processing it and it looks like it will not be in time. I am starting september 22 , and I filed for pp aug 19, should I wait it out or tell them right now. Legally I know with the reciept `and expired OPT can show my validity , what do you guys think

Hey guys I recently signed an offer with a start date of 14th September but I pushed it 21st , I have pp’ed my stem opt on August 19th but I fear it still won’t be enough time, should I just tell employer the situation or do I have present my opt card with extension reciept and I 20 ?

Hey I filed my STEM OPT on time but it is delaying should I just wait it out for my new EAD or is there a process I need to fill to tell my employer ?
