I recently started as a product associate in CCB, has been just a few weeks. I've realized I hate the job. I come with close to 8 years of being a product manager and building products, but the job right now is close to being a scrum master, which is not what I expected to be.
I'm currently based out of the Plano office. I'm looking for advise from anyone that has done an internal move to a different role before 12 months of service.
I'm also looking to see if anyone has had success moving to a different location. I'm trying to see if CCB would allow me to make a move to the Austin office.
Any advice is appreciated please.
I had a ride booked today from Dallas to Austin. I took a cab from work to reach the pick up spot, spending $30. The ride was supposed to be at 4.15. I constantly tried calling and messaging the driver, no answer.
I was standing on a street with no place to sit or no shade for 1 hour trying to reach support. Mind you it's a 100° here in dallas today.
The drive never arrived, all my plans for the weekend are cancelled and now I'm spending another $50 on a cab to try and get to a friend's place.

My i94 validity was nov 2025.
My perm was applied in Dec 2024 and just got approved 2 weeks back.
I applied for extension in May 2025 and it was pending for 320 days - got approved in April. I also had 84 days recapture time
Now my approved h1 has a validity of 2028 Jan, which is not making sense since my 6 years would be oct 2026 + recapture. Any idea why this happened?
My i140 is under premium processing. When is the earliest I could apply for my next h1 extension as i wanted to do a bundle of h1+h4+ ead asap for my spouse.
There's different answers on the Internet. Anyone that has been through something similar? Tia!
