At this moment, we are only able to onboard Export MPANs that have already been energised. Hence we request to you take the Export MPAN to another supplier to energise it as well.

Is this just a timeframe thing / update or octopus failed to add the info❓

Hi tried last few days to sign up only to fail on system id not found. I'm copying n pasting but still it fails.
