Hi! I’m new to AF and I just want to ask if is it ok to go to AF just to take a shower and not working out?

I started last 2023 I guess and now when I called their team if it’s ok to withdraw all my contributions, they said that only the account value can be withdrawn. If I recall correctly, this was not explained to me before. From what I remember, I kept asking FA before if all my payments can be withdraw and FA said that it can be withdraw anytime. What’s funny is the account value is very low than my overall contributions :/ It’s just sad because I feel like I invested my money in the wrong one :((
