My younger sister need scooty. Her height is 4'11 and her weight is approx 45kg. So we need scooty that isn't too heavy and seat height is also very less.

She has to drive only about 5 km daily.

Now I'm confused between electric scooty and EV.

1. People says that EV is not meant for short distances as battery will degrade even if we don't use it.

2. Rising cost of EV and its battery degradation by 10% every year , also the service issue.

3. For petrol , the E20 causing trouble to engine is a concern.

I'm very confused guys. Please tell me your honest opinion.

PS - For petrol , I'm looking to buy TVS zest 110 or Hero destini 110 vx for her.

I have given two attempts at upsc prelims in 2025 and 2026. Couldn't clear GS paper both times. People are advising me to also consider pcs exam as i have studied for upsc.

But I'm very confused. My static portion of all the subjects are completed for upsc. My current affairs with regards to upsc is also completed till march 2026. But I have heard that pcs focus mainly on facts. I have seen this in pyqs also. There were many qstns rhat were UP specific.

I'm very bad at learning facts. Should i consider pcs exam or not ? How much difference is there in syllabus of upsc and pcs ?? Plss anyone let me know.

About journey : given 2 failed Prelims attempt. Mains syllabus is not complete yet , no notes or facts data figures to write answers. Thinking of joining any mentorship type batch , bcz I have the contents available from market and AI , main problem is my own discipline and consistency and the right direction.
