Pdrn Meso

Hi all, I’m wanting to try pdrn under my eyes for some lightening but also to potentially stimulate some collagen there and I’d also like to do just on the outer part of my upper eye lid under my brow arch. I’ve done some research but there’s a few things I’d like some recommendations on please:

  1. What depth should I be injecting it to create the little blurb? The info online is really conflicting 😭

  2. What meso needle size do I need, I’ve read some people recommend 33g x 4mm but it’s unclear also

  3. Is 30 degrees the correct angle to inject in this area

I’m autistic/adhd so the information and learning can be abit overwhelming when it’s conflicting let alone when it’s not so it’s easier for me to gauge my answers from a pattern of what everyone recommends rather than all different pieces of info at once if that makes sense lol

Any help would be much appreciated thanks so much

MN with Jeunetique Exo + Derminator 2

Hi all, I just got my jeunetique exo and this will be my 3rd MN sesh with the Derminator 2. I was just wondering what are your thoughts on doing multiple circle motion parts in one area with this product as I’ve seen some people say to do it this way? Up until now I’ve been doing 1.0-1.5mm in most areas with great results no issues however have been doing 1 pass per area in circle motions. Should I be do multiple especially with this product to create more microchannels to help my skin absorb it better (if that’s the idea)

Looking for some feedback for my tox mapping please guys, this was my first attempt after watching dr pearces videos a few times over and some other stuff. Would be super helpful to see what you guys think! I’ve already done trap tox which went well so want to see if I can work up the courage for my face, don’t mind the pic 😂

Dr. Youngjin Lee at Elite Plastic Surgery

Hi all, I have been looking into some drs overseas for a face lift (I’m from Australia) and I’ve recently come across Dr. Lees work from elite plastic surgery in Korea.

I was just wondering if anyone on here has been to him and this clinic and would be open to sharing their experience and potential results it would be much appreciated.

I was botched by a cosmetic nurse very badly with filler and I had to have the filler dissolved in my face over 20 times and due to my cheeks and nasolabial folds being so over filled and hard to dissolve I’ve suffered from severe sagging due to the stretched skin left over and some they’re areas where unfortunately the filler was unable to be dissolved fully which looks overfilled and droopy at the same time lol.

If anyone would be able to help confirm Dr. Lees legitimacy and review him it would be really helpful for me even life changing, if really appreciate this. Thank you 🤍

Trap/Neck Tox

I wrote in here last week about my trap tox and it’s done wonders for my pain but my chiro told me that the neck should be injected at the same time so it doesn’t overcompensate. I can’t really work out where he’s saying some information states say high on the neck others say near the levator scapulae then other information says the levator scapulae is a no go zone.

Or should I just add more to the back side of the trap as initially I did more along the top like this mapping in photo c and I can feel and see that the back part needs some

TCA Peels?

Hi all! I’ve been into diy a lot lately and I’d like to add in a TCA peel. I’ve not done one before however I feel like I have pretty stubborn skin, my concerns are dark spots, hyperpigmentation and overall complexion.

Can anyone recommend a good TCA peel please? I’ve only seen the platinum skincare one and the biepeel. I can’t really find any others online so any recommendations would be great!

Thank you!

Having partial job capacity for DSP?

Hi all, I got this letter from Centrelink whilst I was awaiting my DSP app to be approved. I’m confused if it still applies as I’ve been now been approved for dsp but I don’t understand it and I haven’t been contacted in regards to it can someone explain it to me.

This is what it says:

About your mutual obligation requirements
We are writing to you about your JobSeeker Payment.
You have been assessed as having a partial capacity to work of less than 8 hours per week.
You need to let us know immediately if your circumstances or work capacity changes.
Your mutual obligation requirements
Having a partial capacity to work means you will need to agree to a Job Plan that has part-time requirements. This Job Plan will consider your medical condition.
We will contact you to update your Job Plan.
You may need to attend compulsory appointments with us every 12 weeks, unless your reduced work capacity is for less than 12 weeks. You are still required to attend any other appointments we request.
You may volunteer to continue meeting your requirements.

I have 0 capacity to work and all my medical exemptions and documentation stated this so it’s really confusing.

Edit: https://guides.dss.gov.au/social-security-guide/3/6/1/110

Okay so I just found this, and it states:

DSP recipients only have compulsory participation requirements if all of these apply:
Under 35 years old
Assessed work capacity of at least 8 hours per week
No dependent child under 6 years old “

And:

“People who do not meet the criteria set out in the table above may volunteer to participate.”

So did I answer my own question and does that mean because I scored a partial capacity so under 8 hours or less that it’s voluntary?

Just did my own traptox

So for the past two years, I’ve been struggling with chronic back pain which apparently to the doctors seems to be in regard to my scoliosis even though I had a spinal surgery when I was 16 (I assume this is because I had a 60degree curve and they could only reduce it to 33 degrees)I for My pain is so chronic I’m lucky if I get an hour free of pain, I have done physio everyday for a year with improvement in one area but now my traps and neck are so chronic the only time it doesn’t hurt alot is when I’m laying down.

I have recently been thinking that traptox might be what I need as I think besides the scoliosis which causes me to have muscle imbalances in these areas, I have severe mental health issues and trauma so I was thinking my body might also be constantly guarding and the pain might be because I’m so tense all the time.

Anyway this was very impulsive but I had Nabota in the fridge because my friend who is a CN is meant to be doing my Botox soon but she has been super busy and my next specialist appointment and investigations surrounding my chronic pain isn’t until July so I impulsively decided just then I was finally going to attempt trap tox and I’ve been studying it on and off the last few months.

I’ve done it, for some reason I felt a huge relief after and some of the pain has actually subsided idk if this is placebo or maybe due to a dry needling effect I could of got from the tox. Question, I’ve read about complications abit - can someone reassure me that it I was going to have any that I would had some symptoms already like for example difficulty swallowing, being paralyzed etc?

Anxious girlie here but also so tired of being in pain
