Calling all biker girls!!!! Street wear recs

So i (f25) am buying my first bike (hopefully very soon) and only have a helmet and gloves(which i have to replace). I only wear bike clothes as is and dont like colour (yes i know its stupid if riding on a bike but hear me out). Im looking for cargo black pants and maybe hoodie/jacket. Obviously want black however i do like the idea of reflective markings or something on the clothing and in general some nice art maybe on the back of the clothing. I took a look at RavenMoto and loved their cargo styles.

I live in ireland so i wasnt sure if they deliver to us. If you have recs for AFFORDABLE clothing, i will definitely but extra money if there is back padding and general protection within the clothes but would also love the clothes to be skid resistance (or whatever the name for it is).

Would love to hear what everyone recommends :)

AITAH for not lending my bf money when i have plenty?

So i said no to my bf for not lending him money or taking a loan out for him but in my name.

A bit of back story, we have been dating for over 7 years and he recently has gotten himself into financial trouble through gambling (i assume, we deal with our own finances and keep things separate). Well he has asked before on two occasions for about 2-3k to borrow and returned this within 3-4 months (was able to do it quickly through gambling).

He recently asked me if id be ok to taking out a loan for 3-4k for him under my name so he could pay of his credit card (2-3k) and then be abel to use the rest of the money to go on a trip. I told him i wasnt comfortable with taking a loan out in my name for him. He knows i have over 15k in savings myself which i do not touch except for emergencies. So i offered to maybe provide money for his trip but a maximum of 1k.

Today he texted me asking if i would give 1,300.00 but i stated i am starting to feel weird with all this and even though i feel very guilty saying no i just don't feel comfortable enough to give him this.

He has left my message on seen and i think he is offended with it.

I know i have the money for it but i worked hard to save and im not sure what i could do to help him go on holiday but also to note put too much at risk.

so reddit users give me your thoughts but also...AITAH?????

EDIT: he isnt addicted in my opinion to gambling and had only started this a year or so ago. So i wouldnt go so far as to say he needs to go to AA for gambling addiction or anything. He cant take a loan out because he has a loan of over 10k taken out since last year that is still being paid back.

Bike shopping, what’s suites me best? I’m

Hi all, so I went bike shopping last weekend with my dad and these are my favourite finds that i genuinely don’t know which to pick. Each one was comfortable and light enough to manoeuvre for me. I’ll be buying a second hand but not sure which to look for. (The Honda rebel is a favourite of mine but no one else seems like it for me and definitely won’t be a first, included it cause I love it)

What’s everyone’s opinion?? Going for my IBT mid August so will be looking to buy around then.

I’ll be mostly doing riding around once purchased with maybe 1hr commute to work. I don’t think I’ll be doing any sort of speeding but you never know as my opinion might change. I’d want to keep the bike for a couple years so what suites me best and which one would I love the longest do we think?

Thank you :)
