The new (and sadly last) Canon fodder revealed a translation for the Sangheili language in Halo Reach!

Wort's this? For many years the secrets of the Sangheili language have remained under locke and keyes, hidden away from prying eyes as efforts have been made to translate or transliterate the short phrases and terms that appear in the games.

We've got the full cipher that was created for Halo: Reach, and if this truly be the end then we want to share it with you. (You're welcome, Covenant Canon!)

Finally managed to get not one but two Elite Generals via a massive Covenant figure haul

Gotta say they might be some of the best figures Mega ever made, they're certainly in the top on my list now

I don't know why, but the old articulation figures just have a certain charm about them

Are other countries/ EU countries also affected?

It's kinda sad to see since they were a nice source for army building, even if the figures were fakes and factory rejects since they still had good quality :(

This is an experiment to see how big a minifigure scale (based on the old Mega Bloks Elites) Skar'wa-pattern Sky Striker would possibly be...

Turns out it actually isn't all too extreme, unlike the dropships this didn't turn out much bigger than originally expected, rather the opposite

Since the mission The Storm was my first ever Halo experience (watched my brother play it and Floodgate) this was a must make, and makes a nice display piece

Two nit-picks it does suffer from are some of the shaping and above all else the fact it needs a stand on terrain where it can't dig itself slightly into the ground

Outside of that in playability the turret can rotate, and the gun barrel can be slightly angled, though theres three separate connection holes, one for high, one for mid and one for no verticality in the barrels positioning.

Morer movable parts include the leg structure to deal with rougher terrain to some extent, and the core hatch, allowing for display with the core either being closed off or venting

Overall I'm happy with how the Type-27 Mantis turned out

This Cruiser was made using cardboard and was colored using acrilic colors

It comes in at around 114cm in length

I just really wanted to try utilizing super glue on a cardboard model (this is actually the same Cruiser I posted on here months prior).

Mid refit I decided to go with the Halo 4 aesthetic of the Cruiser (the Zanar-pattern Light Cruiser) since it's one of my favorite designs in the series, and admittedly also kinda nostalgic since Halo 4 was my second Halo game after Halo 3...

After starting building up the fleet 3 months ago, this is the finalized result:

80 warships including:

1 CSO Supercarrier (Sh'wada-pattern)

4 CAS Assault Carrier (1 Kerel-pattern, 1 Esgem-pattern, 2 Syfon-pattern)

1 ORS Heavy Cruiser (Varric-pattern)

1 Rasus-pattern Battleship

4 DDS Light Carriers (Ruma-pattern)

18 CCS Battlecruisers (2 Ket-pattern, 16 Elefen-pattern)

12 CPV Heavy Destroyer (Sinaris-pattern)

10 CAR Armored Frigates (Ester-pattern)

16 SDV Heavy Corvettes (Ceudar-pattern)

13 CRS Light Cruisers (Zanar-pattern)

My favorite ships out of the bunch gotta be the ORS followed by the CRS:

The ORS sports a rather unique silhouette compared to the other ships in the fleet outside the CPVs and has probably the most details as well

The CRS are absolutely tiny compared to any other ship including even the Corvettes, but compared to what we have today they're still big, giving a good perspective in size

Now the journey of building up UNSC opposition begins (since the current amount could probably be wiped out by the CAS detachment alone)
