[Fo4] begginer trying to figure out how to mod

I've been playing f04 for years, and I just recently got a new PC that's actually able to handle extensive modding. I've already tried (and failed) to make my own mod list that doesn't break the game, so I've been looking at different mod packs. Right now I've got my Eye on loreout, as it seems straightforward and fairly lore accurate. Here's what I'm wondering:

How easy would it be to add mods to this, or another pack based off of experience? In wanting to add Strength in Steel for the BoS, and SS2 for building. Would this absolutely break my game?

Help with sudden troubles

I got the Saturn 4 16K in December and it's been an absolute beast at printing. Recently though I've come into a problem, absolutely nothing is on the base when the print is done.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong (probably am, I'm new to printing and need advice).

I have replaced the film tray, cleaned the vat and the plate, and even got new resin in case my old resin got contaminated and that was the problem, but none of that has worked.

I'm attaching pictures of what I have to hopefully get some feedback, and the models I'm trying to print at the moment are Krieg heads from TinyLegend

Edit: upon cleaning the vat on this most recent test, I found the bottommost layer (base layer) stuck and adhered to the film tray
