Been a daily user since 2019. Just started taking metamucil a few days ago AND GAWD DAYUM. Let's just say I'm extremely happy with the results and can't believe I haven't tried this sooner. I've literally been shitting dehydrated bon bons for YEARS. 😭 I've been dealing with acute constipation from the Kratom that was causing frequent sciatic nerve pain and overnight, that disappeared.

All in all, would recommend 💯 to anyone experiencing similar problems.

I'm a Texan who was introduced to Mick Flannery from his 2016 album " I Own You". I have grown to absolutely love this particular album and am naturally wondering if any of his numerous other albums are better than this one. His discography is intimidating. I wanted to ask if anyone is a huge fan that could recommend any of his other albums. He's a gigantic star in his own country of Ireland and he seems to never tour anywhere else.

I'm starting the pod in a few days and wanted to ask you all about which patches you think are the absolute best. I work outside and sweat profusely so I'm kind of concerned about the adhesion. My sensor hasn't really been an issue but Ive had to swap patches daily in the texas heat.
