juuraalast nõu (tsiviilkohus)

Ei eelda, et keegi siit hakkab tasuta õigusnõustamist pakkuma, kuid enda närvide rahustuseks tahan paari asja täpsustada, et olla kostjana elu esimeseks istungiks valmis. Advokaadi jaoks raha lihtsalt ei ole, olen hetkel töötu 25-aastane noor, kelle juuraalased teadmised on null, kes sai skämmi, võitis tarbijavaidluste komisjonis ja kelle vastu suurettevõte otsustas tuvastushagi esitada. Nende jaoks ilmselgelt näruse paarisaja euro tagasi maksmise asemel. Olen hirmul. Tõtt-öelda ei tea isegi, kuidas istung välja peaks nägema.

Kui siin leidub mõni jurist või advokaat, anna palun endast DMis märku.

Severely depressed and LOA

Hi. I’m reaching out here as a last resort because I feel completely overwhelmed and as though I’m losing my will to live. I haven’t experienced real happiness for a long time, and I no longer know how to change things.

Both of my parents are unwell and need a great deal of support. They struggle to take care of themselves and their home, so many household responsibilities have fallen on me. At the same time, I have a family and responsibilities of my own. More than anything, I wish my parents could get better, but I’m exhausted. I feel guilty admitting it, but sometimes I feel like giving up because I simply cannot manage all the cleaning, caregiving, and other demands anymore. They are whiny, always sleeping and I have to remind them to keep basic hygiene.

It feels as though my own life has been put on pause. I’ve withdrawn from everyone and no longer want to go anywhere or interact with people. The depression has also affected how I feel about my appearance and myself in general. I can’t sleep properly, and I can’t eat normally.

I understand that an important part of the Law of Assumption is “living in the end,” but I feel as though I’m in such a deep hole that I can’t even imagine what being happy, healthy, or hopeful would feel like anymore. I’m looking for support and practical advice because I genuinely don’t know how to keep carrying all of this alone.

Received a fake bag, seller forged the proof of purchase

I bought a bag. Seller confirmed it’s authentic but they don’t have the proof of purchase. I was stupid enough to believe since I saw the serial code on the photos. Turns out, there’s no serial code, the bag is an obvious fake, not even leather. And the weirdest part – the seller submitted Vinted a proof of purchase while they claimed they don’t have it. I don’t know what to do anymore. Any advice?
