Demko AD20.5 S35VN Shark Foot
Scored for 150 off the Demko site w/ military discount. My 4th Demko folder, and 1st Shark Foot. The Shark-Lock is the best in the business, imo.

Scored my first American made Demko folder off eBay, and am very pleased! Was thinking I would want to swap scales because I'm generally not into red. But this red is very subdued and rather nice. I think I'll keep them. Have a couple 20.5 in 3V already, as well as a 20.5 Shark Foot S35VN on the way.
I'm the original owner, purchased from SMKW in 2018. Aluminum scales and S30V blade steel. I carried and occasionally used it for a couple years. It's been sharpened twice, both times by Benchmade. The second time I sent it in they took off a bit of meat because I had chipped the tip by dropping it on concrete; and it hasn't been used since. $95 shipped in CONUS and Paypal please
Reiff Circadian (x2); White River Ursus Cub; Schwarz Overland X
I carry the Circadians most, simply because I feel more confident with them as a self defense tool, as they lock in much better and have a better guard. Ursus Cub and Overland X are also both awesome in their own ways.
Love my CS knives, but not a huge fan of the sheaths. Make this one from Multicam black kydex. This Master Tanto is somewhat difficult to get retention on; it seems I get next to none, or I get too much. I settled for too much. Had to grind down the sharp 90° edge of the guard a little to get the knife to pop in; otherwise, it digs into the kydex hard and won't go in. Overall, I like the sheath much better than the one that came with it.
Left to Right: CS SRK-C SK5; Gerber Strongarm Magnacut; Demko Freereign 3V; Reiff F5G2 Magnacut; Schwarz LT5 A2; Off-Grid Tracker X3 D2
I do 🙋 Lovely blades! I just got the F5 G2 in Magnacut. I am captivated by these blades. 🇺🇸 Pictured here also is Reiff F6 G2 3V.
Decided to pick up a couple cheap axes to practice on -- mostly for the handle work. Feeling confident to do work on something nicer now. Thinking about going on a scavenger hunt for vintage axe heads, for fun. These are Cold Steel Trail Boss & Swiss Tech Gewahlt.
Anyone else here carry a flipper and a fixie too? Or am I just extra nutty? 🤔 I carry two flashlights also. Love the Recon 1 🫶
Recon 1 Fat Carbon & Schwarz Overland X 🥰
China knife. Blade: 8.2” long; .25” thick (6.3 mm); 1.63” wide; Sleipner steel (allegedly). Overall length is 13.3”. Has a nice looking black stonewashed finish to it. Weight is 18.6 oz w/o the sheath, and 23.6 oz with it. Haven't used it yet. $72 on Amazon. I put an RKCustomKydex belt loop on it. Comes with a Chinese Tek Lok.
Any of you have this? And what do you think of it?
Spear Point Fat Carbon #264 (out of 600). Really like this one so far. My third Recon 1; I have all three blade shapes now.
S35VN steel & tanto blade. $67.48 on Amazon right now. It's almost like the Recon 1 and the Air Lite had a baby. It's as thin as the Air Lite is. Really liking it so far. It came with perfect fit and finish, as well as perfectly smooth action right out of the box. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Nice Blade 💯 but had some issues with the sheath; and so, I did some mods. (1) It was too tight against the spine, and so scratching the blade. Really White River? 🤦 Had to use a heat gun to loosen it up. (2) The spot designed to push your thumb on when deploying it wasn't angled well (unlike the sheath on the Ursus Cub). It basically came straight out; and you're digging your thumb into a corner to pull the knife out. Fail. . . So, I ground that down to produce a more appropriate slope to match the angle of my thumb. (3) The danger loop was attached to the sheath via a kydex "backer" that is stupid thin and flimsy as hell. The least they could have done is to use thicker kydex in this spot. Removed it and installed a loop from RKCUSTOMKYDEX. It is much more stout. (4) The ferro rod holder as installed holds the ferro rod in an inverted position. This thing is not going to stay in there as soon as you remove any amount of diameter from the rod, through use. Conclusion: nice blade but very disappointing sheath execution.
