Shipped a pair of Oakleys. Buyers created a return request and is stating that the box for the glasses (not the box for shipping) was missing the glasses.

I asked for pictures so I could have something for a police report or mail fraud claim with USPS, and buyer responds that eBay asked them to stop communicating.

I called eBay, and eBay said they hadn’t spoken to or instructed the buyer to do anything.

Anyone encounter this? What steps should I take?

Does anyone know if Amy Taylor’s signature was shorter than how she signs it now? I’ve got the band several times since the early 2020s, and she always spells it out.
