is there anyone who claimed UPAF reservation last year for admission, this certificate has a section which is to be signed by the DM but I visited DM office and they denied the signature.
If anyone claimed it last year or knows anything about it please help i do have the certificate verified by SDM, will this work

My father is an ex service men retd. from Air force, so I can claim a reservation in MMMUT counselling that particular certificate states that it should be signed by DM of the district, but I am unable to get the DM to sign it his staff passes it on by saying that sign of SDM only would be suffice.
