Been applying for a year straight. All positions. No points. Have gone in person several times, and even at times have had managers say they would contact me. They never do. I go again, and rinse and repeat.

Then I went to try a different Sam's Club, and management there straight up told me they avoid hiring Wal-mart associates...

Do I keep trying then? Because I want the better pay but I'm starting to get sick of how long this taking.

I was thinking of making a shift swap and with someone wondering if it's better to be off the 4th of 5th of July.

On one hand, the 4th might be dead after a certain point in the day. Or will the 5th be more chill, since it's the day after the 4th and everyone is recovering from the previous day?
