What will happen to HHG goods if they happen to arrive before you get a new house at your duty station

As the title says, what will happen to your HHG goods if they arrive earlier than you can secure housing at your new duty station?

Will they put it in temporary storage?

Is the Load Factor Limit for an A/C based off current GWT or max allowable GWT?

If a normal category aircraft is rated for 3.8 g, and its max allowable GWT is 2000 lbs, does that mean it is rated up to 3.8 times 2000 or is it 3.8 times the current GWT

How does Army Aviation REALLY compare to other services?

Yeah we all know the deal with Army AV is that shit sucks and go kick rocks blah blah blah (and I dont disagree). But where is the evidence that pilots in other services really have it that much better?

I do wonder how much of this negativity is self-reinforcing. Everyone hears that Army AV is worse than the Navy/AF, etc and just repeats it

I don't have a clue how many flight hours other services get or how their QoL really is, but I do know that from the outside, aircraft mishaps that stain Army AV isnt unique to the Army. Its just that fighter jets tend to have ejection seats so less people die.

So where is the hard stats and numbers that back up the claim that Army AV is objectively worse than the other services?

Schofield Barracks: Mililani Mauka off-post housing

Anyone live/lived in the Wikao St neighborhoods or Mililani Mauka ?

Would you recommend either of these places if my priorities are a safe neighborhood and stress-free commute to work?

What are some other popular neighborhoods for off-post living that most service members choose?

Does it make sense financially to live on-post if you expect a BAH increase?

If I am currently an O-1, and I am stationed somewhere for a 3-year assignment, does it make sense to live on-post? Assuming they take full BAH, after I get promoted to O-2, my BAH will increase meaning that they will take more money even if I am living in the same CGO neighborhood?

Is there something I am missing or is this just a blatant scam?

Maintaining Currency across different category/classes?

I am currently working on a CPL-H and a PPL-ASEL, so this question assumes I am able to achieve both of these.

Due to my job, I will be able to maintain currency for my CPL-H.

Does any part of this currency also count for the PPL-ASEL?

If not, am I correct that the only thing I need to do to maintain Day (no passenger) currency for the PPL-ASEL is 3 TO/LDGs within 90 days as the sole manipulator of flight controls
(14 CFR 61.57). And also have to do a flight review every 24 months?

I know that Army AV is going through a tough time with FHP cuts meaning less flying across the board.

Given that, what do units make LTs and WOs do with the time they're not flying?

Is it like random taskings the way they do it at Ft Rucker?
