GF (F15) gave me a "last chance" after I (M15) suffocated her with clingy behavior. I'm struggling with the mandatory no-contact period to save the relationship because I have no other support system.

Hey everyone, I need some serious reality checking and support because I'm about to break.

My girlfriend told me explicitly that she felt suffocated, pressured, and stressed by my constant messaging, and expecting replies. She said she felt no 'butterflies' anymore due to my controlling behavior. She was ready to break up.

After I realized the severity of my actions, I told her I understood and would give her the space she demanded. Surprisingly, she then said: 'I'm giving you another chance, maybe this will work out.' Additionally she said she übst shure if she loves me. She made it clear that she needs absolute space and that my previous behavior killed her attraction.

I am now in a 'no contact' phase (except for her initiating) to prove I can respect boundaries and change my behavior. However, I have realized that I have zero support system from my friends. My girlfriend was my only emotional outlet.

I am currently sitting here, feeling incredibly lonely, anxious, and tempted to text her just to feel connected. I know if I do, I will lose her forever. I need people to tell me to stay strong, to not text her, and to help me figure out how to survive this isolation without relapsing into clingy behavior.
Has anyone been in this position? How did you build a support system from scratch while trying to save a relationship by staying away? I feel like I'm going to explode if I don't talk to someone (to her), but I can't talk to her.
Any advice on how to handle this mental health crisis without ruining my only chance at fixing this?

**TL;DR; :My girlfriend gave me a final warning and a 'last chance' after I suffocated her with clingy behavior. I am now forced to go no-contact to save the relationship, but I have zero support system and am struggling with extreme loneliness and the urge to text her. Need advice on how to stay strong and build a support network from scratch without ruining my only chance.**
