I realized handstands cause red spots on my face
I've noticed recently that every time I do handstands, the next day my facial skin tone becomes uneven - I get reddish spots, probably from broken capillaries (?). It was the worst after I attempted wall-supported handstand push-ups.
Now I'm hesitant to do handstands again because getting these red spots is unpleasant. Does anyone else experience this? Do you just ignore it?
Side note: my blood pressure is on the lower side
