Finally got to try Coco Ichibanya. 50 mile drive, so figured I’d make it worth it. Got a level 5 and a level 10 pork cutlet curry, then decided to try a small side of the level 20 curry (pic 2 and 3). Stupidly delicious. Level 20 spice is perfection 👌

Chicken Massaman curry with over 1/4 pound of Thai chilis. Delicious and definitely spicy.

Made some spicy chicken Massaman curry for my lunches this week. Came out amazing. No shortage of warmth in this one.
