Trouble updating controller firmware on Velotric Tempo

I saw in the app there is a controller firmware update for my Tempo. Current version V012, new version V013. However it fails at about 50% completion. I tried multiple times. Anyone else seeing this?

Side Hustle with OP tech mini strap

I thought this strap might feel a bit like overkill on the SH but I load my SH up with water bottle etc sometimes. I think it’s proportional enough and definitely adds comfort.

Tom Bihn Side Hustle vs. Toshi Sling v2

I’m trying to decide between the two slings in the title. I just got a TB Aeronaut 45 so have started on the path of being in the Tom Bihn ecosystem but the Toshi Sling v2 seems more, I don’t know, evolved? Anyone have strong thoughts on the two of these?

My primary use is as my personal item on flights where my Aeronaut is in the overhead bin, and will have my 11” ipad Air, a water bottle, maybe a light layer, some snacks, AirPods, a magazine, a couple other small items. I may try and use the sling as my daypack when I arrive somewhere but also might swap out a packable day pack for that purpose.

Help me get over the hump with self-teaching

55 yo male, can’t remember ever burping. I’m finally trying to do something about it before going the Botox route and have actively been working on teaching myself.

I’ve made progress quickly— the key was a video I watched, posted here but now I cannot find it, of a nurse describing how to burp with the jutting out the jaw, turn head down and to one side. Within days I was getting micro burps maybe 1-3x/day. Before this I’d micro burp like once a year! But what I’m getting are not relieving burps and I’m trying the above technique like 50 times a day so I fail to even get micro burps most of the time.

The thing I’m missing I think, and which the video didn’t describe in a way I could understand, is the force to apply to push the burp out. I still don’t get it and feel like it’s the final frontier for me. Does anyone have any tips or another video or something to help me sort that part out? I think I’ve learned what the beginnings of a burp feel like and how to create an opening in my esophagus but what/how do I push to force it out? I feel like I’m close! Help!
