How to find a good realtor who specializes in selling distressed properties?
I have a property in Baltimore City. I want to sell it, but it needs a lot of work. How do I find a realtor that is really familiar about selling distressed properties and respect that it will be AS-IS (no work at all) and cash purchase? Where do I start looking for them? Judgemental comments will be ignored promptly.
