Starting Shadow of the Dragon Queen

Hi Guys I roped myself into starting a new dnd group. I also am doing Dragon lance Shadow of the dragon queen. I am completely new to the world. What could you guys suggest I do, pay attention to and what did you find useful when running the game?

What is this sound

Just recently had the engine replaced after 6 months of not dirivng the car. What is this rattling noise at 2.5k revs?

Am I just being paranoid and everything sounds fine?
