what algae is this and how to deal with it?

Recently this particular algae has been popping up, it seems to be firmer and harder to remove than the usual green hair algae, and they grow on the tips of leaves. My bucephalandra seem to be affected the most by it since they're always susceptible to algae. My neocaridinas, amanos and ramshorns won't touch it. How do I deal with it? Thank you :)

What algae is this and how to get rid of it?

I have this algae all over the wood which I don't mind too much but then it just spreads onto nearby plants and epiphytes.

I use co2 and the light is a hygger on 80% for six hours. I did have some cynobacteria but used a product and now that seems to be gone but not sure how to tackle this

Carpet Issues

The tank is 2 months old but the Japanese Hair Grass (carpet) and Rotalas (background) are a recent addition, only 2 weeks. I have inline CO2 and fertilize regularly with twice a week water change. This routine has kept algae a non issue only requiring the glass to be scrubbed during water change.

The Rotalas have started transitioning but I've kept them short and trim them every week to fill the background.

My issue is with the Japanese Hair Grass. I'm not sure if it really takes this slow as it now looks less bushy compared to when I originally planted them.

I'll keep this going until they all melt but I have 2 questions.

  1. Any updates to my routine or tips to help this type of carpet?

  2. If it fails would the regular Dwarf Hair Grass or Monte Carlo fare any better?

Algae causing issues or plant meltdown?

Hey.

3 month tank with stable params.

Soft tap water (near 0 gh and kh), with prime on every weekly 50% water change.

Around 90l, on 60x40x40cm. Inert black sand with root tabs. Lava rocks only.

Fert with 6ml apt 3 complete daily. Lightning settings on images with weekaqua l600 pro.

CO2 on 3-4 bubbles per second. It's reaching yellow at the end of the light period. Increased to fight the algae.

Eheim experience 250. Seems to have a good flow.

I've been fighting all sorts of algae (bba, green and filamentous) for the last 2 months. I have plant melting that get overrun by algae (the cryp flamingo lost almost all leaves this way), plants that get brown spots (the s repens that I trimmed to a minimum), rocks with bba and some others.

I'm afraid of dumping fert or lights further, since I'm unsure if the algae are a primary problem or just a consequence of the plant meltdown.

What do you think?

Why is the decorating in video games so much better than IRL?

The above screen shot feels so cozy and lived in. But most homes aren't like this at all.

What keycap profile is best for typing speed and accuracy?

Deep scooped profiles have a lip that the fingers need to get over which increases errors and decreases speed slightly. (Drop MT3)

Flat profiles lack tactile feel so fat fingering adjacent keys is common.

What profile have you tried that increases speed and accuracy?

(I can type 120+wpm if that matters. I'm trying for 150wpm.)
