J'ai réussi le concours SACN et ai débuté mon année de stage en Septembre 2025.

Ma titularisation se passe très mal car je suis abandonnée seule dans un bureau et non formée sur un poste technique. J'ai été mise sous traitement suite à l'impact mental et me suis syndicalisée car il y a eu beaucoup de fautes côté employeur (avancement de plus de 3000 euros de frais de mission, pas de formation ou suivi stage, collègue aggressive et pas de séparation de bureau, etc.). Comme je souhaite partir j'ai déjà préparé ma mutation qui a été validée par le grand chef.

Je n'ai pas eu d'entretien mi parcours, et mon chef avait jusqu'au 30 Juin pour envoyer mon rapport de stage au centre de gestion. Rien n'est fait, il est absent depuis 2 semaines et je pars en congés cette semaine, entre les missions et congés de chacun l'on ne se reverra plus avant fin Août.

Quels sont mes recours pour ne pas retarder cette titularisation ?

I'm currently 3 weeks PO. I did a liposuccion under the breast, love handles, belly pouch, with a fat transfer to the hip dips. 10 liters got removed but I never was informed on how much was reinjected back. I'm obviously still swelling a lot.

The surgeon told me he also injected extra fat to give me a bigger butt which was unsolicited as I wanted to stay on the skinny side.

I tried for the first time my bras today, I never have much boobs, I used to be a 95AA (36AA) and the cup was still too big, now they're overflowing. I need to do some fittings but from the measuring I'm now somewhere between B/C with the same band size. The surgeon and clinic have been ghosting me on every matter and questions.

Could it be part of the swelling or is there a possibility the surgeon also injected fat in my breast ? Anyone experienced a similar thing ? For this area, the lipo scars are right under my breasts and middle of the back.

Edit : just found a study that I'll copy paste : In the liposuction group, 23 of the 48 patients (48 percent) reported an increase in their breast size postoperatively. This could objectively be confirmed (by an actual increase of at least one bra cup size) in 19 patients (40 percent). Nine of 19 responders (47 percent) presented with a weight gain of as little as 4 percent of body mass index following liposuction, whereas this was observed in only one of 29 of the nonresponder group (3 percent) (p < 0.0001).

Conclusions: Liposuction of the abdominal wall and/or flanks is followed by breast enlargement in a significant number of patients (40 percent), a risk that is significantly higher when compared with patients who have undergone abdominoplasty only. Patients should be informed about the possibility and risk of breast enlargement following liposuction of the abdominal wall in particular.

Seems it's a common downside of lipo (maybe a benefit for some lol) and I unfortunately got it.

J'ai intégré le MINARMAC (FPE) au 1er Septembre dernier suite à la réussite du concours SACN.

Mon année se passe très mal : 0 formation, chefs absents, personne que je peux solliciter en cas de question. Je suis seule dans un bureau de 5, et sur un poste que je ne maîtrise pas. On m'a retiré de tous les dossiers qui faisaient partie de mes objectifs suite à l'AM à durée indéterminée de ma collègue car 'il faut au minimum quelqu'un dans le bureau pour faire la permanence', le reste de l'équipe enchaîne mission/congés et n'est jamais là. J'ai également vu que mon administration a republié sur Mobilia mon poste en ligne le mois dernier.

J'ai déjà pris les mesures nécessaires (dossier monté auprès d'un syndic, suivi médical), le syndic est plutôt confiant mais je veux me préparer en cas de refus.

Je n'arrive pas à trouver de documentation sur le sujet et souhaiterais savoir comment se passe un refus afin de pouvoir anticiper au mieux ma reprise d'emploi. Parmi mes grandes questions :

- Est-ce que l'administration est tenue au 30 Août/1er Septembre à me faire un retour (titularisation, prolongation, refus) ou sont-ils en droit de faire trainer leur décision (sur le planning des absences le service RH et mes chefs sont tous en congés à cette période) ? Mon arrêté n'indique aucune période, il y a juste la date de prise de fonction, aucune date de fin ou durée du stage. En revanche, sur le portail intranet RH je suis indiquée depuis mon arrivée en "contrat" du 01/09/25 au 30/08/26.

- A réception du refus, est-ce qu'il y a un préavis ou je me retrouve instantanément au chômage ?

Just wanted to share that nasty and lunatic experience I just had because I never heard something similar happening to another vintie.

I liked an item, seller sent me a discount, I purchased it and sent a message thanking them. Seller never messaged me once. On the last day and last hour before cancelation, they contacted me saying they'll ship it in 6 days because they forgot to print the label at their workplace. Didn't ask me if I was fine with it, no excuses, just sent me a deadline extension request right after. They never bothered generating the shipping label either.

I'm usually understanding and accept deadline extensions when the seller has been communicating, apologetic because life happens and receiving a shirt or pair of jeans isn't vital and can wait, but this one felt like straight disrespect, so I refused it. They generated the shipping label right after, I guess in hope to delay the cancelation and bad rating.

A few hours after, the order updated to the usual status 'We're contacting the delivery company to confirm order hasn't shipped yada yada', so seller sent another extension request, which I refused again, but the 'contacting transport cie' status disappeared, delaying the whole process.

They sent me afterwards over 10 requests of deadline extensions, in the span of 30 min to 1 hour after I would refuse it. I was getting tired of getting notifications and having to deal with a seller's tantrum so I just ignored the last request and contacted Vinted so they could step in and stop all this bs (not a plotwist because we all know how bad the support is, they replied I should just ask permission from the seller to cancel the order, and get a bad rating lmao)

Thankfully the order got cancelled one day after ignoring it, so I guess if it ever happens to you just ignore the extension requests to avoid further delay

Basically the title.

I was sitting in the tram, when a mother came with her two kids. One was in a stroller, the other was a boy, maybe 5 to 8 years old (i'm bad at guessing ages). He sat next me, and stared at me. I tried to ignore him, but he started leaning on me, then straight groped my thigh. I said loudly 'Wow no, you don't do that'. The mother didn't react at all, a passenger who saw the scene replied 'he's just a kid he doesn't understand it's a bad thing to do'. Like wtf ?

I left my seat, he got up and just went face full on my seat and sniffed it loudly.

Everyone around was laughing, but not me. This is straight predator behavior and totally not a normal behavior for a kid. I feel soiled and utterly disgusted by what happened. I bet this kid is going to grow up to be a rapist some day, but because right now he's a kid this is somehow acceptable ???

I didn't bother lecturing the mother as I knew all the passengers would have defended her and the kid, so I sat far away next to an old lady who was kind enough to ask me if I was ok as she saw the whole thing happen.

I'm so fed up with children being allowed to do anything and be forgiven because parents won't educate them.
