I am afraid we have been scammed at the point. Either that or we have had the worst customer experience ever. We ordered over a month ago, with an estimated delivery between 2-3 weeks.
I’ve followed up a few times and they notified me it was in backorder. Last Friday we received a ship notification and we were charged but when I track the item still has not even left California.
I’m seriously disappointed and terribly concerned I have been scammed at this point.
Is this normal for them? What should have arrived in 2-3 weeks is now on week 7 and now I’m supposed to pay for something I still have not received.

I need help and recommendations. When my hair grew back after chemo I ended up with very curly hair and both me and my current stylist are in over our heads. I’ve had straight hair my whole life and I need someone that can help shape it as it grows. I also need product recommendations that will help maintain the curl and also keep my hair healthy and growing as it’s still baby fine and new.

Ok forgive me for not attaching any pictures and all of that, but have you all seen the warm blood cart racer Express Go? I just died laughing when I was watching a video and they claimed one of her advantages was that when she kicks into turbo mode she lowers her head.
Sorry for all of the WB fans out here but I’m dying right now because of the constant peanut roller comments AQHA is barraged with 😂😂😂
