I've been curious, out of all the middle sectors, the south is weakest and has the least siblings. Why is that?

Well I'm being chased by a couple of thumb soldatos and a capo in the backstreets of district 11 , K corp. I've been able to defeat some soldatos, cut off the Capos arm(but he managed to use a k corp ampule) and find a hiding spot. Please send help.

Saw some thumb soldatos and a capo near middle territory. I'm not so sure if they're looking for me or wanting to cause some trouble.

Can we use like other weapons other than our fists? Like, I have this gun blade from the thumb and some ego gear but I'm not so sure if I can use them.(side note, this is not like that bum matthias)
