My (20F) little sister (9F) drives me insane...what to do?

I seriously don't know what to do. She is entitled, spoiled and ill-mannered. Infront of teachers she acts so sweet and innocent, but at home she is awful. Today, my teenager sister told her to put away her (little sisters) stuff and I chimed in that she then has to do two exercises for school. Lil sis went on a rampage, cried, screamed how she didn't want to etc. Like...she refuses to put away HER OWN THINGS. I understand complaining or such, but she was really screaming and crying, claiming we want too much from her and such. She went on yelling how she hates us, how she doesn't want any sisters, blah blah. I'm seriously so exhausted from her. I tried gentle parenting but ngl it doesn't help in any way, I tried punishments, she continues screaming...what the fuck am I supposed to do

Some engines are insane...

Watched a short about how someone interpreted Heesungs / Evans debut MV (ROD). Thought it was a cool theory, and then I came across this comment...how insane does one have to be?! Like, are ya'll that bored with your lives? Leave that poor guy alone, he left the group, he wants to go solo which is totally understandable and acceptable.

It reminds me of the whole thing with when Woojin left Skz and he received so much hate and was the victim of false accusations. Fans have to learn to leave ex-members alone.

If you are not there to support the person, THEN JUST LEAVE. What's so hard to get here?! Please tell me I'm not the only one shocked by this...

This is really emberassing for me tbh. My parents are from Chechnya, but I was born and raised in a western country. I do speak Chechen daily, but also with a mix of Russian and the other language. But I'm definitely not fluent in it! So, what are the best ways to learn it? I think its such a waste for me not to be able to speak my own mother tongue!
