



What to work on next?
Hi guys, I’m new to working out. I was wondering what I should try to improve next. Like should I focus more on delts? I’ve been working out for about 5 months and I think I’ve gotten stronger. My workout is-
3x8 very slow push ups
3x8 dips
3x8 curls with 2 gallons of water
3x8 pull ups
or
5 min plank
I know it’s probably a bad workout but I don’t know. I’m gonna try to add more pulling mechanisms maybe. Thanks for the help.
