German Shepherd w anxiety

My 27 y/o daughter has a 3 yr old intact male GS that she has had since he was 12-14 wks. My dtr has anxiety due to a sexual assault 5 yrs. ago.

Her dog is anxiety ridden so much that she can’t take him to the vet. She initially didn’t want to get him neutered bc he has ‘papers’ and she thought she might breed him.

Question is…without an established vet, how can she get a medication to relax him so he can be treated (hopefully chipped and clipped too!).

Skin tags

I’m 47 and have been on HRT since early October last year. I have very dry skin which has gotten progressively dryer ofc. I have two micro skin tags on my lower upper arm that I have noticed the past few weeks. They are the size of the needle end of a pin. Not anywhere where there is friction. I’m 110# and have been consistently 110-120 my entire adult life minus pregnancies. One is on the back side and one is on the front. Is this hormone related? I’ve never had a skin tag.

Lonely but don’t want to be around (most) people

Anyone else here feeling lonely because ‘we’ are annoyed by people? I have ADHD and this is NOT me! I truly think it is affecting my mental health and overall excitement and zest for life. It’s such a bugger to make myself do anything though 😏

I’m 47/f and peri. HRT in play…0.1 E and 200 P nightly.

Not really asking for advice unless y’all know of a magic pill. Just talking to my sisterhood❤️

I started with 0.05 in October 2025, in late January, I asked for more bc of hot flashes/night sweats/ heat intolerance…so I got the 0.075. Last week, I asked for more bc of the heat, etc. Enter 0.1-not even a week in and boy howdy…this is where it’s at!! I live in the south and it’s heating up and I can’t even put my sheets on my bed without feeling like I’m suffocating (heat)…and do trust that my house is kept COLD!

Anywho…anyone else have a similar situation? I know I’m on the ‘highest’ patch and gravitated pretty quickly to it. I understand YMMV, I’ve been a nurse for over 20 yrs.

We gotta band together and share experiences and information 👊🏻

I am 47f and have had multifocal contacts for 5ish yrs and they have been great! I have the ‘low’ for reading. The past few months, I have noticed my reading vision is a bit blurry. At first I thought it was bc my eyes are drying out a bit being in perimenopause and used eyedrops, which briefly helped. Now, I am noticing that I can read perfect without them in.

Question: do I ask for ‘high’ prescription for reading or go back to mono vision contacts. I’m kinda scratching my head on this one!
