I met this beautiful girl in nyc with the prettiest bangs. I probably said something corny and landed a date! We shared a pitcher of sangria for like 25 bucks in the city! I paid while she was in the bathroom. We left and walked near the water where we hugged and shared a kiss. I was staying with a family friend so that’s where the night ended. But that was such a beautiful night to me!

I remember she laughed when I told her what music I liked. After our date, she sent me her playlist. This song was on it. I’m so grateful for this song and the memory of her.

I’m going on vacation this weekend. Really want to look presentable. This pimple I’m pretty sure was already popped with mighty patches but it’s still very raised and red. is there something I can use to make it flatter? Temporarily at least for when we have dinner? Oh and maybe something to help with the redness too?

my acne over the last couple of weeks. worst it’s been. 22 year old male. healthy diet. clean pillow cases and towel. wash twice a day thoroughly. recent switches in the past few months are using electronic trimmer on my facial hair & switching from 2% SA cerave cleanser to oil free acne wash sensitive skin 2% salicylic acid. Not sure what’s causing my breakouts. I feel like I keep my face clean. I do sweat a lot from my runs but I shower right after and do them like 3 times a week. Also I shave everyday. I will also add I’m not ready to go to a dermatologist yet. Not against it especially if it gets worse but I don’t think it will. Photos are oldest to newest. It feels like cobwebs on my face. Have been picking my whiteheads. Smoke ganja. Maybe this is late puberty? It’s all on my cheekbones.

My plan of attack. Open to suggestions

1. Switch to hydrating facial cleanser hyaluronic acid by Cera ve.

I think it’s nice. I think my face looks smoother when I use it. I think my neutrogena acne wash isn’t doing the job. Also not a huge fan of moisturizer so it helps hydrate instead. I thought salicylic acid was better than hyaluronic for cleaning but my skins got worse? It dries out my skin but I thought that would be less of a problem because it’s summer time.

2. Not picking my whiteheads.

3. less shaving

4. use benzoyl peroxide 10% spot gel when going to bed. Or use acne patches? Over the counter adapelene gel?

Used it before. Gets rid of redness and size a bit.

5. Less or no runs for now

Help would be much appreciated !!

My back tire was wobbly. The issue seems to be here. Can’t figure out what the fix would be exactly . Don’t have the experience but want to fix it right pls help.

No pain. A friend told me a muscle knot. Idk.
