Bullet damaged during jam

Brand new CZ p10c ported - federal 9mm 124gr
Second time firing it, first time 200 round no issues
Brought it to the range today for 250 rounds and had some issues with failure to eject/feed causing the damage seen in the picture. Not sure if they are from 1 or both of the magazines I was using because I wasn’t thinking to isolate them and see if it was one or the other while I was there.
I am new to shooting and have dealt with jams in my 1911 but never seen damage to the cartridge as a result.

Any ideas what is going on here?

Rost Martin RMC1 Bundle

I’ve been looking at Rost Martins for a bit, have found a few decent deals with the RMC1 w/ Viridian RFX11 optic, 4 mags (10rd) and Savior range bag but for whatever reason the sites that have them listed mark MA as a restricted state and won’t ship here. The same gun without the bundle is not treated the same and not marked as restricted in MA. I know the gun is on the roster, does anyone know why as a bundle it is not able to be shipped here even with MA compliant magazines?

I know the optic is not great but the bundles are similar price to the barebones gun and I am not ready to buy a higher end optic at the moment.

Is it really just because the SKU is not an exact match to the roster? I’m not seeing another reason an optic/bag/extra compliant mags change the fact that the pistol itself is on the roster.
