Good source for rubber suspension bushings in 61 falcon?

Hello, I’m trying to go through and repair all the parts on my 61 falcons front suspension. Starting with this strut adjusting nut pictured, but really just all the kinda “rubber” parts down there.

I.e. my plan is take everything apart, brush the rust off, spray with rusty metal primer and put it all back together, with new fresh rubber that’s not cracked.

Anybody have a good source for parts? Rockauto has a few of the bushings I need, but the only source I can find for that strut adjustment nut appears to be this: https://mustangsteve.com/products/delrin-monoball-strut-rod-bushing-set-1960-63-falcon-comet-ranchero-with-threaded-adjustable-strut-rod and at $200, I’ll pass.

I don’t really care if it’s numbers matching or original or anything. Compatible is fine.

Any ideas?

Ford 289 oil pump shaft misaligned

I picked up a 61 ford falcon somebody dropped a 289 into. I don’t know much about it and I’m actually planning to sell the 289 and put the original 144 back in (at least for now). While getting the 289 out of the car with a hoist, I took the distributor out (implying it seemed to be in there just fine). Well, when I went to put the distributor back in, this is what I found (video). Is there an easy fix for this? Or is this engine stand/remove oil pan/replace oil pump/etc?

Door won’t stay fully closed

My 61 Falcons door won’t stay fully closed. I don’t think it’s the hinges, it closes well, but then as you can see in this video pulls out. Any ideas?

Help recreating or repairing a glass carburetor bowl

Hello!

I hope someone on here can help me. I have this glass carburetor on an old engine of mine:

The carb in use

The chipped corner in question

And it has a glass bowl for the carburetor. Well, I have two problems:

  1. The corner is chipped a tiny bit. I keep epoxy-ing it the chipped corner back on but it keeps softening and coming off.
  2. I'd like to someday to multiple carburetors like so:

The goal

The problem is, while I found the deal of the century and got mine for $50 (and then a $50 rebuild kit), its not uncommon to find the glass bowl carbs for sale for $400 or more. However the exact same carb with a 'normal' metal bowl will be found on facebook marketplace for $20, or in a big bucket with a bunch of other carbs.

So in other words, if I can find a way to mold/make my own glass bowls, I'll save myself a ton of money.

I've contacted local glassblowing places and they've been not great with communication, and/or just tell me it'd be more money than buying a new one.

So my question is: how can I do this? I'd looked into those 'microwave glass kilns' and was thinking I could make a mold somehow? Am I headed in the wrong direction? Any help would be appreciated!
